DAY 1: MOSCOW

Trip to Russia begins with flight to Moscow, the capital of Russia with more than 13 million inhabitants. Countless cultural, historical and architectural monuments, the mystery and strangeness of the Russian spirit which imbued, exciting nightlife and a wide variety of tourist attractions make Moscow one of the most interesting and the world’s most popular cities. After the first day getting acquainted with Moscow, you’ll realize that it is indeed so. Transfer to the hotel. Walking through the center of town. Free time. Overnight.

DAY 2: MOSCOW – VLADIMIR – BOGOLYUBOVO – VLADIMIR

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Vladimir (170 km). Lunch at the restaurant. A tour of Vladimir and visiting all the churches. Vladimir is one of the oldest Russian cities with a rich history. Tourists are being fascinated by the large number of museums, architectural masterpieces, beautiful city parks and cultural monuments. After a tour of Vladimir we go on a trip to Bogolyubovo, a village not far from Vladimir. There we will see the castle of Andrey I. Bogolyubsky and the beautiful church of Our Lady of mediation on Nerl. Transfer to hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 3: VLADIMIR – SUZDAL -KOSTROMA

Breakfast at the hotel. A tour of Suzdal with a visit to the Monastery. What captivates every visitor is Suzdal’s beauty of wooden architecture, surrounded by greenery, which creates a wonderful soothing picture. Many domes, steeples high-preserved churches and ancient monasteries testify to the importance of Orthodoxy in the creation of Russian history. An interesting fact – Suzdal has more than 200 historical monuments of Russian culture and many of them are on the list of World Cultural Heritage. Lunch at the restaurant. Departure for Kostroma (180 km). Accommodation at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 4: KOSTROMA

Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Kostroma, one of the oldest and most historic cities of the Golden Ring and whole Russia. The city was built in the 12th century. At the confluence of rivers Volga and Kostroma, after which the city got its name. The main attractions of Kostroma is Ipatijev Monastery of the Holy Trinity that we visit and convince its beauty. The monastery is considered the cradle of the Romanov dynasty. It used to be the shelter for Mikhail Fedorovich Romanov, whose rise to power Poles unsuccessfully tried to prevent. Lunch at the restaurant. A tour of the city. Free time. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 5: KOSTROMA – YAROSLAVL

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Yaroslavl (80 km), accommodation and the hotel and lunch. City tour with a visit to Yaroslavl sights and then some free time for individual exploring of the city. Yaroslavl is a city of the Golden ring filled with Russian history at every corner. It is located about 260 km from Moscow. The abundance of cultural monuments, historical remains, architectural attractions, museums, wide range of hotels and various tourist attractions testifies that Yaroslavl is an extremely attractive and more and more popular destination in Russia. Lunch at the restaurant. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 6: YAROSLAVL-ROSTOV THE GREAT-SERGIEV POSAD-MOSCOW

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the Great Rostov (60 km). City tour and visit to the Kremlin. Rostov is the city of the Golden Ring which manyrich sights, among which stands out the Rostovsky Kremlin, which many consider to be the second best Kremlin in Russia, right after the one in Moscow. Lunch at the restaurant. Departure for Sergiev Posad (140 Km). A trip to the Monastery of Trinitarian Lavra of St. Sergey. The Monastery was included in the World Heritage List and is well known because of its rich collection of icons, among which are the icons of one of the most popular iconographer Andrei Rublev. Departure for Moscow (60 km). Accommodation at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 7: MOSCOW – DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport. You will surely carry home beautiful memories and unforgettable images of cities of the Golden Ring, which dazzles its visitors with traces of mysterious and distant times of Russian history and which Russia is proud of.
