Arkady Novikov secures place for third London venture

Russian caterer Arkadij Novikov has revealed the plans for his thirdLondon’s venture, Rextail. Accommodated inAlbemarle StreetinMayfair, Rextail will have international menu with first class fish, meat and wild game.

Head chef Adrian Martin, who has joined to The Birley Group, will put on menu Irish Black Angus and Snake River Wagyu steak, Denham Estate wild game with wild cranberries and Yuzu scented black cod.

Main manager in restaurant  will be Livio Italiani, who has joined them from restaurant Chelsea FC. Restaurant  will be Novikov’s thirdLondon’s restaurant, after Novikov Restaurant and Bar inBerkeley Streetand Brompton Asian Brasserie.
